Terms of use
These terms apply to the 2Gaff app and website, provided by Deeray Mulitimedia Ltd, company number 12586799 (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them. You must be 18 or over.
Your account
Your account is personal to you. Keep your sign-in method secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it. Access to a building is granted and can be ended by that building’s property team; 2Gaff itself does not decide who lives where.
What you post
You are responsible for the reports, messages, listings and photos you add. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, sexually explicit, misleading, or that infringes someone else’s rights or privacy, including photos of other people without their agreement. Marketplace listings must be for genuine items or requests; 2Gaff takes no payments and is not a party to any sale.
If your building allows service offers and you offer a service, you’re responsible for having permission under your lease, any insurance or qualifications the work needs, and your own tax. 2Gaff and your building team aren’t party to the arrangement. Offers show for 30 days unless you renew them.
Keeping the community safe
- You can report any listing or conversation in the app. Your building’s property team reviews reports privately.
- You can block another resident. They will no longer see your listings, you will not see theirs, and neither of you can message the other about listings.
- Listings, messages and conversations are checked for offensive language before they can be posted. Anything that does not pass is refused and nothing is saved.
- Property teams can remove listings that break these terms or their building’s rules, with a recorded reason, and can suspend or end access to their building. 2Gaff can also remove a listing that breaks these terms, and tells the seller why.
- We may remove content or close accounts that break these terms.
Deleting your account
You can request account deletion in the app. See deletion instructions and the privacy policy for what is removed, retained references and any required building handover. Your applicable data-protection rights take precedence over ordinary retention schedules. These terms do not waive those rights; contact support@2gaff.com for help exercising them.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep 2Gaff available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. 2Gaff is not an emergency service: for urgent danger to people or property contact the emergency services. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from content posted by other users or from arrangements made between residents.

We may update these terms; we will show the date above and tell you in the app about significant changes. Questions: support@2gaff.com. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
